The Sabre wastegate actuator is designed for optimal performance for our Stage 1 and 2 tuning for the RS MK1. From factory, the original wastegate actuator is very weak resulting in limited peak and sustained boost pressures. We also recommend our actuator over all other types due to the exceptional reliability and linear properties that it offers allowing for solid and repeatable boost pressure without exhibiting overboost or creeping properties.The actuator comes pre-adjusted to suit standard position or spun housings using a longer rod length. A simple base pre-load of 3-4mm is all that is required when fitting the actuator (same pre-load as the factory actuator).Purchase information This actuator should not be fitted without the correct ECU calibration.
