The Sabre 400RS turbo doubles up with exceptional stock like response and true power potential for 400bhp . Where the original turbo is limited to 300-310bhp with a sharp drop off in torque at higher revs, the 400RS offers a full powerband from 3000-7000rpm with exceptional drivabilty and control. It further benefits from a being a direct fit to existing hardware, no changes required.Each turbo is brand new and built to Sabre specification featuring the following upgrades: Sabre 400RS turbo – New core with 360 thrust bearing stagger gap seals – New modified turbine wheel shaft – New custom billet compressor wheel – New custom actuator – Machining balancingNo further hardware upgrades are required beyond the typical Stage 2 level in order to achieve 330-350bhp. For optimal performance up to 400 bhp it will require and uprated HPFP (or AUX fuel), injectors, camshafts and/or water meth injection.
